Can my spouse get full custody of the children because of my friends?
My soon to be ex has filled for full custody of my children on the basis of my friends. My friend is facing charges - has not been convicted on anything - and is not even around my children.

I am working and very active in my children's lives - I also volunteer any way I can, so proving me un fit I think would be impossible or proving neglect of my children would also be impossible.

    Thank you for your help.

No - and the argument probably won't even be heard by the court. So long as you are providing properly for your kids, what you do when you are not with them is your business.

He would have to prove your relationship with this person creates a dangerous situation for your children. That would seem to be very hard to prove.

Is this "friend" more than just a friend? What charges is he facing? If he was facing charges of child endangerment or molestation for example... then yes, there is a possibility.
