    Nonbiological father visitation rights
Hello, I was in a relationship of 6 months with my girlfriend, she just recently ended it. However, a month after dating we found out that she was 12 weeks pregnant. The biological father informed us that he did not want to be part of the baby's life. I accepted the child as mine. I was there since we found out she was pregnant. Now, 7 months and a half into the pregnancy she breaks up with me. Do I have any visitational rights? I know that custodial rights are out of the question and I don't want to take away any rights the baby's mom has. I just want to be able to visit and see the child every now and then. The baby has not born yet and technically there is not any established relationship, however, I have grown to love that baby as mine. I've tried to communicate with my ex-gf about this but she gives me no answer. My records are clean and our relationship was good, in her opinion the relationship was going nowhere. Before the break up, she considered me the baby's dad and the only dad the baby would know. Do I have any chance of being able to visit the child once she's born?

Unfortunately you have no rights. This child is not legitimately yours.

She may have "considered you the baby's dad," but the truth of the matter is that you are not.
