    Best staining applicators
Am wondering are paint brushes still the best way or is a wagner spray best for lattice ballist rails etc.. I used brushes and roller today on a balcony with tarps underneath.. but it was a lot of time on a ladder! Just wonder if the sprayers are neat and don't drip.. I'm sceptical cause I did try the wagner stain broom applicator but it leaked and spilled drpolets all too much for what I can do easier with paint rollers and brushes.. just wondering if the sprayers are dependable near siding and walkways(close quarters) thanks ahead! Yes, perhaps those assorted sponge applicators for the small areas is better than a good brush.. I do not think I will buy an expensive sprayer that will likely be messy for most small residential jobs... stains can be messy for work and tools so to avoid waisting stain and excessive dripping for messy work and washing expensive tools.. I will go cheap and easy with sponge and brush.

Yes, I am considering a cheap sprayer for the lattice, perhaps the pump chemical 20 dollar sprayer used for deck treatment will suffice.. I have that in my shed. I'm going to sears hardware now and seeing my options.. bristle brush was slow, I'm sure the sponge brush will hold more stain and cut in next to the vinyle siding.. I thank you again everybody!

I picked up a wagner electric sprayer ,worked great on the lattice.. also a sponge pad with the handle and it was a lot easier today, still took ove4r 4 hrs.. I only charged 250.00 but next time I'll bid 350.00 minimum
