I am writing from Colombia and planning to open an outsourcing business in order to serv mortgage companies from NY and NJ - USA.

I need to know what is the tax and operations law for this type of businessñ also how can I get paid by my clients in the US.

I am a legal US resident, so I am authorized to word or do business with US companies.

The tax preparation link below I just pulled for you to look at. I do not know if it is a reliable company or not. I bet if you contact some of these online outsourcing tax prep companies, they might tell you where you can find out about the laws.
