    Halucinations before sleep
For a while like a couple months or more I've started seeing weird bizzar things before I go to sleep causing me to wake up or having extremely vivid horrible dreams. I haven't had a history of halucinations or anything but I can't figure out why I'm randomly halucinating. If you need more information to help me please ask I'm really worried.

Interesting. However, you said BEFORE you go to sleep you see these things then you write they WAKE you up. Which is it? I had something similar happen to me out of the blue 2 years ago. It was shortly AFTER I fell asleep I would really, really feel someone came in the room to hurt me. It was terribly real. It happened night after night for almost 3 months.

It WAS definitely a time of very high stress for me in my life. I think that's why it started. It suddenly stopped after a few months. I did a lot of 'self talk' to myself before falling asleep and eventually when I had these dreams (not sure why you call them hallucinations) I was able to tell myself (in the dream) that it wasn't real and I was safe. I was able to wake myself up.

I also started sleeping in a different area for a few weeks.
