    Hi, ROLCAM!

That would also depend on what you define darkness as being. What's your definition, please?

    Thanks!

I would argue strongly that darkness does not exist.
However I would also argue that light exists.
I would concede that darkness is the absence of light

For answering your question , the definition is as follows:-

    Darkness, noun.
    1. the quality or state of being dark.
Ex. A voice in the darkness, a knock at the door (Longfellow).
    (SYN) dimness, duskiness.
    2. (Figurative.) gloom; sorrow or trouble.
    3. (Figurative.) wickedness; evil. Ex. Oftentimes, to win us to our harm, The instruments of darkness tell us truths (Shakespeare).
    4. (Figurative.) obscurity; concealment; secrecy.
    5. (Figurative.) blindness; ignorance.

So, which one of the definitions is the one that is in question here, ROLCAM?

    Thanks!
