Got a big problem, after 3 years, don't know how or when, I feel attracted to one of my employees which is 10 years younger than me and is married. Don't know how he feels about me or what he thinks, and if he knows, but am very worried cause I know this is not correct. Just can't help feeling so darn attracted and don't know what to do to get him out my head.

You are going to have to try really hard to 'get him out of your head' because if he is one of your employees, then this could lead to big trouble for you in your business especially as he is married.
