    Still cant download.
    I changed my internet options to default and I can now sign into websites but still can't download anything. Can anyone help please...

    Nothing at all I click on the download button and it does nothing

    May be your javascript is disable or the yellow bars comes in IE at the top of the website for download. Do you check that?
