I have an amana central heat and air model # cha36tcc that when we turn on the heater it comes on but doesn't blow out heat or air. I was told it needed a new relay I don't know what or where to find the relay:confused:.

Is the blower motor blowing/working at all?, you might test by switching the tstat from auto to fan,, see if it blows then,, let us know

Yes its blowing out air if I switch the fan on

By who?

Hi,
Does your AC work? If it does, check the flashing LED on the control board. There should be a diagnostic sheet on the unit somewhere.
Have you gotten any work done on it recently. I had mine worked on this last summer, and the tech replaced the transformer. My heat wouldn't come on this fall. I ended up swapping the wires on the transformer, and all is well. I now have heat.
