My wife and I have been together for 3 years and I used to be able to go all night but now we go a few minutes and I ejaculate and go soft before she does. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Any number of things could be the problem.

Are you on any new medications? Stress? Major changes in your life?

What else is going on in your relationship?

Do you at least use a lot of foreplay, so that she can orgasm before you start with actual intercourse?

You may need to see a urologist. It could be a medical or a psychological problem (although usually some combination of the two.)
