I have accord 94 lx.
I bought this car about 6 months ago.was running fine.
About 4 weeks ago I had starting trouble. Starting replacing icm coil.
Same thing. After having twice icm replaced I bought distributor from napa. New coil.
Doesn't start.
I have spark. New distributor. New coil. Rotor and cap.
Fuses OK.
Cleaned injectors one month ago.
Fuel pressure 40psi.
When I took off old distro I forgot to mark.
According to helms distributor head goes only one way.
I thought I had 180 degrees off but to prove that I tried to install 180 dgrees off.
It couldn't go all away.
I checked timing belt. Looks like new.
By the way how you check if it is a tooth or two off?
I'm puzzled!!
Tmrr ill check compression.
By the way I have one code only for 12 for egr. Which I'm going to rplace soon.
Will egr valve cause starting trouble?
