Kenmore 70 top load washer. Washer would not give out hot water. I saw another post with this proble and it stated, replace the switch that turns from cold to warm & hot. I replace the switch and it did not fix the problem.
I noticed that there is what looks like a shutle velve on the water opening, which does move from cold to warm but does not go all the way to hot.
