The most reputable please
Hi, antonioray!
Why are you asking the question, please? It would be helpful to know about that in order to help you the best here.
Thanks!
Because I am 16, I want to pursue a future career in finance and investment banking but I got arrested once
The case got dismissed and sealed
And I want to know if the case is truly sealed and what can the banks and employers see about me
No, you will be fine. Banks and financial institutions generally look for felonies, especially anything having to do with finance. They do take a fine tooth comb to your credit history. I know that you are 16, but there are parents that are out there that do take advantage of their kids. I hope this helps
yea but I'm worried about if it will show up at all
I have been told no conviction= no record but I would be at a disadvantage to anyone with an impeccable record
If it is sealed you will be fine. That means that you have no record and that they will not be able to access that information. Don't worry
But I heard that arrest records are public records?
And how do I know they really sealed it
I can't trust those clown boys for anything
Just because they said its sealed doesn't mean they actually went through with the sealing process
Calling other agencies to make sure it is sealed
