    Child support garnishments
I have a question about the child support garnishments for the state of Texas, which is "Can More Than Two Garnishments Be Taken Out At Once For One Type of Debt" ?

If the deductions are for child support then yes. You are required to pay the amount of court ordered support so the full amount can be deducted.

What exactly do you mean by 2 garnishments ? If its for 2 or more different children by different mothers then yes. If its for the same child then no. There can only be 1 order and the newest order is the one that is to be followed.

There can be combinations within an order like child support ( current ) and Arrears or Health insurance etc.
