    How do we tell his parents?
    So here it is . . . . My boyfriend and i have been dating for quite awhile and moved in together over a year ago. Things have been better then perfect! He likes my family i like his. We decide that we will have kids in the future etc (we are both 21). The only problem is we didnt expect the future to be now! We found out we are having a baby and are more excited then we ever could have imagined. We havent told our parents yet though, i know my parents will be quite happy! But his are another story . . . i really dont want to tell them as im scared iy will really cause waves between him and both is mom and dad they constantly tell him that they are to young to be grandparents so how do we break it to them that we need them to grow up in 7 months???

    Since you know they're not going to be happy, I would start by stating that you've got some very good news, and that you know they'll be as happy and excited as you are. Then let them know that you're going to be parents, and when.

    If they respond with negativity, then be prepared to leave,letting them know that you know they care for you, but that you are BOTH happy about this, and that while their advice is appreciated, their negative attitude isn't.

    How old were THEY when THEY got married? If they are "so young"?

    It's not their decision, child, or life.

    It's a done deal, and you two are not 15.

    So, get ready, and enjoy your new baby!

    It's not going to be easy, but this child will bring so much joy.

    To the "immature" grandparents too.

    The horse is out of the barn, they are going to know in 9 months or less anyway.
    The longer you wait
    1. they could hear from someone else
    * really bad
    2. they find out you told other side of family one day or one week or worse one month earlier.
    3. the longer you wait, the very worst it is going to be. Every day past the day you found out is one day too long

    And I will be blunt, if you are not old enough and adult enough to face them and tell them, I am not really sure you are ready to be a parent since this is only the start
