    The time frame looks like late 1780's to 1800's to me as this style with the musical instrument in a setting with people would seem more like that era. Also, the clothes of the woman and man standing behind her.

    The reverse label saying George Bullock pictures cleaned Manchester is obiously Manchester, England.
