We bought a charmglow nonvented, freestanding gas log heater from Lowe's last year. Worked fine last year, went to turn on this fall, pilot light will stay lite but when you try to turn on heat, the whole thing shuts itself off. Was told it was probably thermocuppler, so we replaced it. Still having same problem.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem, getting cold in Indiana.
