How to convert molar into gram. Suggest I'm confused
It is MOLES not MOLARS.

Yes tickle is right.
1 mole of a substance has the weight equal to its relative mass in grams. You have the relative masses of elements in the periodic table.
1 mole of hydrogen atoms has a mass of 1 g, because the relative atomic mass of hydrogen atom is 1.
1 moles of hydrogen gas has a mass of 2 g, because the relative molecular mass of hydrogen gas, H2 is 2.
1.5 mole of hydrogen chloride has a mass of (1.5*36.5)= 54.75g because 1 mole of HCl has a relative molecular mass of 36.5 and there are 1.5 moles.
I hope it helped! :)
Btw, tickle, why is that greyhound holding his foot :p
I always think of it this way.Quote:
How to convert moles into grams.
As Unknown008 mentioned, the molecular mass -- also known as the molecular weight or atomic weight/mass for single-atom substances -- is the key. Molecular mass is given in GRAMS PER MOLE:
The key is to determine the molecular weight of the substance. Once you do that, if you have moles and wish to convert to grams you simply do this:
If you have the mass (grams) and wish to convert it to moles, you simply do this:
The entries in parenthesis,, is the molecular mass (molecular weight) or its inverse,
.
Congrats guys, you just helped with a homework question:eek: (I guess, cause that is only what it can be)
