    Hello I just got a lennox oil furnace today the guy says it a 2007 but then again he said it worked great as well lol, well I got it all hooked up and it sprays oil out of a little weep hole on the bottom of the motor right after the oil pump he had been running it with two line and a under ground tank I have an above ground tank so I caped the return line off and ran one line the model is a
    OF23Q3/4-105/12OR-60
    Ser # is 4606m81868 any help on why its spraying oil or how old it is Thanks so much for the help

    You do not cap the return oil line. You have to use a special threaded plug that goes into the pump body.

    If the fuel pump was set up for a 2-pipe system originally, a bypass plug was installed in the pump. It must be removed for 1-pipe systems. I hope the pump hasn't been ruined at this point.

    Tooooooooooooo Much pressure and I bet it poped the seal.
