I know someone whose in jail and just had her second court appearnace and still has no bond. It's her third felony theft conviction. Does anyone know what might be the outcome of this? She is reset until 11.23.09 still no bond for her. So her family and I are concerned about what's going on, and if anyone can offer any advice about this situation.

Didn't we talk about your friend once before?? Please keep all your questions related to that situation on ONE thread.. It makes it SO much easier for us to follow...

There just isn't any way to tell what's going to happen to her. It's not like you can look up stuff like this in a book. There are a LOT of factors that go into sentencing, and we know NONE of them.

The only advice there is, is to hire the best lawyer she can. There ain't nothing else.
