There are some post about a maytag nuptune... why doesn't any one answer? If it a piece of junk... at least tell us that... my don't spin on high speed... the door closes but does not say that its locked.. it works well... spins on low speed... no high speed spin... I d like any help at all please... thank you... ITS ABOUT 8 YRS OLD... MAM4000AWW

Newer appliances are not my "thing" though I used to work on them almost thirty years ago for a distributor. You may well want to start at the source. I do not know how many models the Neptune line has, always helpful to tell the numbers on the tag usually at the lower part of the machine. Anyway a Maytag FAQ is at:
