I was charged in July 09 of teroristic threating 3rd dgree in Ky. Can I have it expunded, or removed?

If you were charged were you convicted of this? If you were convicted you will have to wait at least 9-10 years with no subsequent convictions and then you can request that this be expunged. You are basically jumping the gun right now as it is too early to ask.
