This isn't the first time a question like this has shown up here.

This is a scam.

Why is this woman sending you her passport? Are you offering to marry her for citizenship? What's the purpose of her sending this to you?

First in the Ghana marriage scam they use the same passport to dozens if not 100's of people. But the real person on the phone or on the internet could be a 50 year old lady or even a man.

They will want 1000's of dollars for visa's, for airline tickets, and other items. But in the end, they never come. Just do a simple search under Ghana dating scam or even go to the Ghana embassy web site.
