OK helpppppp I'm a homeowner in st.pete Florida doing a new bathrm addition want to run my own waterlines but need to know heights from floor and how I should do it around electrical above or below and so on,as far as codes are concerned any help or where to look would be appreciated? I've already tried city of st.pete code section and that's no help to a non professional. Thanks

Good morning beach bum, Greetings from Sarasota. My first house was built up on St. Pete Beach and I've both lived and worked in St. Pete and Tampa.
OK! Let's get specific. For water lines we set our toilet supplies, for a regular bowl, 6" to the left of center and 6" up from the floor. For a one piece toilet we set them as low as possible.
The lavatories and kitchens are set 18" off the floor with a 4 to 6" spread.
We fall under The Standard Plumbing Code in our area. Does that answer your question? We're as close as click if there's more. Tom
