    Hi, there!

See attachment for a tabular analysis associated with a set of accounting transactions.

    Hope this is helpful.

I was about to pop a greenie on you for the nice example, until I recognized where it came from:

Giving credit where credit is due, problem from accounting text by Warren, Reeve, Duchac, problem 2-1A. After all, it's copyrighted.

I think if I reproduced the text word for word and I was trying to profit from posting this, then there might be a copyright violation... take it easy morgaine... I was just trying to help someone understand... I doubt warren reeve or ducach will have a problem with that

Contrary to popular belief, it's a breach of copyright whether or not you profit from it. But of course they aren't ever likely to find it, and if they did, would I'm sure not go after you legally about it.

It's not legalities I'm concerned about. It's just the proper thing to do to give credit to whoever wrote something. I have stuff up online and if someone posted something somewhere else without my permission, or at least without giving me credit for it, I wouldn't be too happy about it.

Thank you so much. I can see now where I went wrong.

I'm glad you find my sense of ethics so terribly funny. It might do us all well if more accountants still had any.
