You need to go to your local family court and file a motion asking for visitation, including the specific terms you want to request. You can request joint physical and legal custody and spell out the days and times you want visitation. You stated "ex partner" does this mean you were never married? Did you establish Paternity? If no to either , contact your local court and take steps to get the paternity established!

We need a LOT more details to be able to help. What relationship do you have to the mother. Are you on the birth certificate? Have you been declared the legal father by a court? Why won't the mother let you see your daughter? And many more.
