I talked to my boyfriend earlier today. He got inturrupted and said he had to go but promised to call me back. He has yet to do so. I don't know if I should call him back tonight or wait till the morning or what. I know I shouldn't worry about it and if he calls, he calls but I'm really trying to get this relationship off the ground again. So what should I do?

I have been where you are before. My thought is you shouldn't call him or you will always wonder if he truly wants to talk. Wait out the night and try at noon or so the next day. If you can't wait, then call when you think he might be available. Why is he giving you a runaround anyway? Maybe it's a red flag that he's not interested in the relationship, guys can totally tell when a girl is anxious and it could turn him off... but don't worry if he cares about you he'll be flattered. Just try to wait for him to come to you. I know it's difficult but have security in yourself, and remember the day you two got together, don't worry he wouldn't be with you at all if he didn't care!

See, we had broken up for a while (2 weeks) because I got too clingy. I'm trying my hardest not to screw it up again because he has given me this second chance. Guess I"m just inbetween a rock and a hard place. He told me he missed me yesterday and he asked what we should do for new years which i figure he sees something long term again. So thats where I"m at. See I think I should wait too but I don't want him to think I don't care either.

So this is the same guy you've been having a 2 week break from (Here) who you've already been calling daily (Here)?
So why not take some of the excellent advice you have already been given.

Hi its sad he thinks you are too clingy... don't you want a man that welcomes your nuttiness!! I say get some esteem (in a nice way) and tell him your better and deserve love! Don't worry he won't think you care, he knows trust me!! And men are like rubber bands even if they care, they need space to feel love again... read men are from mars women are from venus! It's the bible!!

My advice leave it! He obviously has something important on and is unable to contact you at this time. He said he would phone you so wait until he does! Men do not like clingy girlfriends, nor do they like being hassled when they are busy! Just find something to do, go to bed and wait for him to get in touch! He said he would call and that I am sure he will do!
