I had downloade the themes for xp from it was a zip fprm I extracted it to prog files folder
While I change trying THEMES its not accepting any one guide me step by step how to add downloaded themes in WIN XP

Try a program called StyleXP.
XP Themes, Vista Themes, XP Logins, XP Boot Screens, Desktop Themes, Wallpapers, Screensavers

There are some others, but I like this one :)
