Seller not correcting inspection results as agreed
What legal rights do I have as the buyer of a house, that is not being fixed? Seller agreed to fix pool as part of selling price, they are fixing themselves, not professionals and not doing a good job. Besides not buying the house do I have legal recourse?

Does your agreement state that the pool must be fixed by professionals, or just fixed?

So you have a home inspection and it listed some problems with the pool. You brought this up to the seller and they agreed to repair the issue. Was this agreement added to the sales contract?

If you are unsatisfied with the repair, then get your inspector back to review the job. If he says it want's enough then you renegotiate. Get an estimate of the repair and ask the seller to take that off the price.

You have the choice to either back out of the sale or go back and make another request.

But in the end, your ownly real choice is to buy or not buy if they are not doing it
