Obtaining sole custody of my 3 year old daughter
My daughters father and I split up over a year ago. We agreed on joint custody of her. We have it set up that her has her Friday through Friday (7 days on 7 days off) and we switch weeks. I am wanting to change our custody arrangement. When he has her I try to call and talk to her and he will not answer his phone or if he does answer then she is "never" around for me to talk to her. His house is filthy and has broken down cars all over the yard. He lives with his brother and another friend of his. All three are collecting unemployment and again the house is just filthy. When I get her back she looks and smells like she has not been bathed all week. He will send her in just her panties in the middle of winter because he does not want me to have his clothes. He will pass her off on whoever he has around so he can go out drinking with his friends. When she goes to his mothers house she comes home to me covered in flea bites. Last time it happened I counted 45. We are both young parents. I am only 20, and he is 23. I have a nice apartment, work 2 jobs grave shift. So I can be home with her during the day and take her to her pre school. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appriciate it. I have no idea where to start!!

You will have to go back to court. Simple as that. As always a lawyer is a good idea to have with you to be ready and with you in court. Do you have any proof of health problems when she is with him? (i.e. pictures of multiple flea bites, doctors notes, anything more than just your word)
