You will have to get your info from the local Bar Assc but its not likely your going to get one that is approved in both states. Do you have a question about emancipation ?

Stick with a lawyer in the area where you currently reside. Whether it's NJ or Fla. that's the state that most likely currently has jurisdiction over you present situation.

It is very likely you will not find a person who is a member of both states bar.

    1. you will be filing in one state, that is the state that has jurisdiction, and that is the state you need your first attorney.

    2. after that if an attorney in another state is needed or work has to be done in another state a few things can happen.
    a. they hire an attorney in other state to help ( since they won't be traveling there most likely)
    b. if they do have to go there, normally the court will allow them to work on a specific case if they are presented to the court by another member of the bar there ( but most likely they just hire another attorney there to help)
