Could you please tell me whether the children which may born to us will get effected by my wife's eye sight. I don't have an eye sight.

I have one more question. Is there any way that her eye sight would be corrected/removed.

First sorry but at least in the US "4" does not mean anything to me as for a measure of vision.

Next why does she have poor eye sight, nerve damge, lens damge, what caused it, accident, illness,

You need to have your wife go and consult with a eye care specialist.
