I am replacing my copper plumbing at my cottage. I would like to use Pex tubing but have researched and discovered pex does not like UV from sunlight. My question is, if I paint the tubing with white paint will it block UV... Thank-you

You probably could paint, but you would have to use a paint that had UV-inhibitors incorporated into it.

Wouldn't this be a better alternative?
