I have a 2000 chevy malibu and had to replace the battery and now the stereo is displaying LOC besides taking it to a dealer does anyone know how to get the code without the owners manual. I bought the cae used and it did not come with a owners manual.

Most of the time if you call the dealer parts dept. and tell them the vin they can get you the unlock code
