I have a lump in the inside of my Virginia and the lump is the size of a marble and I'm experecing sharp pain in the vaginal area and stomach. What is this?

True, what Altenweg said, you need to see a doctor. It could be anything, maybe not even real serious, but you never know, you need to have a doctor look at it to be sure and most likely get it cleared up so you can be comfortable.
