I have no hot water pressure in bathroom sink faucet. All other faucets in house are fine and this problem only started 2-3 months ago. Faucet is only about 1 year old. Cold is fine also.

One handle or two? If it's a single handle you have a cartridge or ball mixer which has inlet port for hot and cold. You hoy inlet is clogged with debris. Could be tank sediment of deteriorating dip tube but the fix is the same. Shut of the supply lines and open the mixer and remove cartridge. Clean out the cartridge and reinstall using some silicone jel. All better?
