Sorry, there is no way we can tell if you are or are not pregnant. You will have to take a HPT using first morning urine to find out.

I had the same sign like you have when I found out that I am pregnant with my second baby... maybe yes... but You should use Urinary Pregnancy test kit to find out if you are pregnant or not. Or better consult your doctor about it.
