my X wants to pull our 14 year old son out of school and put him in another High school that has way to many students, my son needs extra attention in a smaller school where he is curently, she is making arrangemnets behind my back, if she pulls him out what can I do?

Is there a current custodial parent ? Where is the school located as far as in relation to the one the child is currently attending ?
