    Blower Motor Issue.
I have a Coleman Presidential II Gas heater in my home. This year we're running into trouble with the blower motor. There is heat and it kicks on at it's cycle as it should, but it is not turning the blower wheel, just buzzing. We have lubricated it and it will spin by hand, just not on it's own power. When you put pressure on the blower wheel and push it toward the motor it begins to spin, but I can't sit there all day and hold it!

I have read a lot about "resetting" the motor, but I can't find a reset button other than the pilot reset. We have shut the unit down completely via the on/off switch on the unit iiself and let it cool and still the issue persists.

What is wrong and how can I fix this? - I hope it's not a whole new motor.

    Thank You!

You might try replacing the motor start capacitor with like same value but from the sound of it the motor probably is a gonner.
