If I change the stock cam in a 99 gmc 6.0l from Lift 520 intake 524 exhaust, duration 266 intake 270 exhaust. To a comp cam lift 581 intake 588 exhaust, duration 224 intake 230 exhaust. How will this effect my truck or is it worth buying
