First, don't post your question on top of someone else's. It makes it harder for everyone to find it and for us to give you an accurate answer, because the circumstances are most likely not the same.

Second, if the collection agency has already gotten a hold of your account, the only way to remove it is by paying off the debt in full.

For them to have attached your bank account they needed to have previously gotten a judgment against you. Were you aware of that?

If the judgment was done properly, then the only thing you can do is either pay what you owe or negotiate a settlement.

A debt consolidation agency may help.

Yes, they will continue to take money deposited in your account until what you owe is paid or until you negotiate a settlement.

I asked you originally if you were aware of the judgment, were you?

yes,I do aware of the judgment... But later, than it happened...

Then ,I moved and forget about it.

Do you can recommend the good and fair consolidation company?
(I have experience with bad and all my problems have begun, when I in 2004 have tried to consolidate my debts and have lost $2000 (some swindlers... simply deceived)

It means - my bank will pay the own self money, and later will demand this money from me?

No, your bank will just hand over any money deposited in the account until the judgment is satisfied. They cannot and will not turn over anything more than what you have deposited.

    What better for me?:
    1-to solve it in court,
2- to solve with attorney, from collection agency
3-to solve through collection agency directly?
4- to solve through the consolidatetion company
Can I receive some discount and monthly payment?

You can't solve it in court, you have already lost in court.

You can try working through an attorney or debt consolidation service.

You can also try6 working with the plaintiff directly, but they have little incentive to deal with you.
