Did you have a normal delivery?
If so,why not try something easy,like walking or swimming..
Yoga and pilaties are good classes to get started.
Thank you for your reply. No I had cesarean. I do yoga everyday. I have lost all those extra kilos, in fact my current weight is less than what I was even before my pregnancy. I just have to tone my abdomen skin.
I have heard women complain about their stomachs after a section,I think its to do with the cut through the muscle,however in saying that (although not sure on that point),my sister had two sections and has a great figure..
I had four children,my stomach is.. well its OK,but a healthy diet and exercise go a long way to get back into shape and stay in shape.
Don't worry about it too much,wearing the right underwear and clothes can disguise a lot.
