I have my 19 month old nephew for the last 2 1/2 weeks. Mom has called a total of 3 times and when she does call it is only because her mom tells her to. She is not working, lost her vehicle and her home. Last time I heard she was on drugs still and was going to sell everything in her house just to live. When I got him all he came with was the clothes on his back and a toy. What do I do?

You retain an Attorney and attempt to get guardianship or custody before the mother shows up to take him and you don't have a leg to stand on.
