Talk, use the bathroom on his own. What are the likely sicknesses with these symptoms?

Sickness doesn't necessarily mean that he can't handle these functions. It is a matter of mom just not being diligent in teaching him these things ? Does he say words but not in a sentence ? You have to explain what he can do and then we can go from there.
