When I start my car it makes a loud and constant grinding noise it recently had the oil drained and was sitting without oil for about two weeks?

Valves are the last on the oil train and the first to go, when there's an oil problem. Remove valve cover and look for any damage. Access whether it's even safe to check oil pressure. Just use common sense. A mechanic's stethoscope would help you isolate the problem.

If it turns out not to be catastrophic, I recommend 5W-30 synthetic engine oil with a PureOne filter, which has a red silicone rubber anti-drainback valve. On horizontal-mounted oil filters, this valve keeps oil from draining from the filter overnight, preventing dry starts. Works better on Hondas than any filter I've tried.
