My Whirlpool Ultimate Care II top loader does not fill for more than :30 seconds before stopping. The timer continues but it does not fill enough to agitate. It drains and spins fine. I checked hoses for blockage and they're clear. I bought it online recently and using it for the first time. The previous owner said it worked fine. What can I do?
