The title to a 90's teen sci-fi like movie.
Ive been searching for this movie I watched once or twice about 5 years ago on TV. I can't find the movie for the life of me.
Okay so, this is all I know of the story line:
There like a 12 year old boy and This human like blue guy, I think he was supposed to be scary to the boy but he ended up taking him to this cool underground city with all these different odd creatures that no one really knew about and they go on like an adventure of some sort through the movie.
