Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.
What does Gawain see as his own vices or shortcomings?

Are you sure? As I know about "Sir Gawain and the Green Knight", it is the story about Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. It never read about Gawain's woman

Before or after he talks to the Green Knight at the end? Afterwards, I would say he thinks his main shortcoming is his failure to keep the bargain.
