Iam kishore and my age is 23 and my height is 5' .
I am looking too short in my friends and want to increase my height
Is it possible to grow height some more inches...
Please help me... Tell me what is the procedure to increase height.

Other than stretching to your full height there is no way to increase your height.

There is a medical procedure where the long bones in the legs are cut and "expanders" put in but this is nothing that is done simply because a person feels he/she is too short.
