I have a similar problem with my kitchen sink. It doesn't matter which, hot or cold, is being used. I moostly use the hot as it is closer to my work area. We have hot and cold water with no issues not 10 feet away in a 1/2 bath. The dishwasher is connected through the same sink pluming and still gets water, hot and cold. This latest time, we have not had any water through the kitchen sink for 12 hours.

We have been without water, hot or cold, in the kitchen sink for the last 12
Hours. The 1/2 bath only 6-8 feet away works just fine. The dishwasher
Connected to kitchen sink gets water, in fact is running right now.

We have turn the knobs off and waited few minutes, sometimes quite long, but
This is the longest time. My father, a semi-handy man says it is a vapor lock
And that by either turning off or opening the knobs it should affect the 'water
Dam' and the water should return. We've everything--opening both, closing both,
Turning supply lines on and off... until now with these manipulations we
Eventually get water. This time, no dice (and 12 hours).

The faucet is a long neck, silver faucet with two knobs (I haven't located a
Name on it, but the rest of the faucets in the house are delta.

On top of it all, this has horrible water pressure (all the rest are fine) and
The sprayer has never worked in 6 years. (that we adjusted to--hows that for
    Lazy.

I think it has something to do with washers. I cannot get ANY suggestions from
The bozos at Louie's or Harvey Dumb's.

The first thing I would check would be the aerator on the spout. Unscrew it and check and clean the screens. Good luck, Tom

In your E-Mail you said, "I have four crystal series, no problems. I have 2 two handle lav series in the far bathroom from the sinks that are both working. Looking at the diagram you sent to amwhitt1, I can tell you I have a two handle faucet in the kitchen. Same concept as lavatory model, but with longer neck."
    (please! No more E-Mails.)

While you may have the same crystal handles the innards aren't the same,(see right hand image)
The lavatory faucet used seats and springs while yours uses cartridges. Did you remove the aerator? Still no water? Then shut the water off and pull the cartridges. Check and clean the inlets for any trash that may be lurking in there. Now turn the water back on to flush out the supplies. Reassemble and test. Better now? Regards, Tom

That's cool. E-mails and PM's are difficult for me to work with. I have to make a folder to put the posts in so I can refer back. Here I have every thing together. And things just zip right along. Let me know what you come up with in the cartridge. Regards, tom
